1970
Closely linked to the geographical proximity of the shipyards of La Seyne-sur-Mer, La Ciotat and the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille, our story began in the early 1970s with a simple ship repair workshop. Our business is constantly changing. To meet the demands of the major players in the sector, we have repeatedly had to question ourselves and adapt by seizing opportunities along the way.
1980
At the end of the 1980s, the shipyards at La Seyne-sur-Mer closed. Many highly skilled workers, fitters and technicians turned to us, and we expanded our expertise in sheet metal and boiler making.
2007
In 2007, with the acquisition of Ortec Meca, we consolidated our offering with project management (MCO), engine mechanics and handling. VINCI Energies acquired us in 2012. While remaining autonomous, we benefit from the support and structure of a major group.
2012
In 2012, we joined the VINCI Group. We now benefit from the VINCI model, which gives us the autonomy we need and the support of an international group that allows us to project ourselves abroad.
2023
Our recognised expertise in fleet management with availability requirements has enabled us to achieve major successes in the State markets for medium tonnage vessels as well as in the maintenance or renovation of maritime or port infrastructure resources. Our ability to mobilise internal resources in a short time and to project them has been an asset and a guarantee of satisfaction for all our customers.
2025
A pivotal year for the Company’s development. We completed the work begun in 2022 on the ‘ship repair yard’ infrastructure and started operating this new industrial facility located in the Brégaillon industrial port zone at La Seyne sur Mer. This means we can offer new, fully integrated services to our government and professional customers. Our complementary, multi-skilled skills enable us to support civil shipowners and equipment manufacturers in mainland France and abroad.

Ships managed
We are responsible for multi-year maintenance contracts (3 to 7 years) on service vessels and port facilities belonging to the Ministry of Defence.
We work with the main players in the sector, and also work on vessels such as the Charles De Gaulle nuclear aircraft carrier, nuclear attack submarines, frigates, oil tankers and other French Navy vessels, as well as professional fleets……
